• Is it really free? Yes, it is completely free! It is part of our mission that one should overpay or miss out on discounts when buying fuel and lubricant.

• How do I install AutoReady? You can install AutoReady on your phone. Press the ‘Download’ button on this website and you will be redirected to the download page for your device. It is available on almost all operating systems for smartphones.

• How do I use AutoReady when I buy fuel and lubricant? AutoReady is super easy to use when you are buying fuel and lubricant. AutoReady helps you to find your nearest fuel station and workshops and you can. You can pay online with your debit/credit card for fuel and even in cash for lubricant.

• How is AutoReady even legal? AutoReady abides by all the laws to bring the best deals to its customers. AutoReady makes it easy to find the fuel and automotive deals nearest to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

My AutoReady Account

• How do I update my email address? You can update your email address via the user profile screen. Make sure you are logged in. Open the side menu and select the user profile. Enter your email address and make sure to save all changes.

• Why am I not receiving the OTP? If you are not receiving the OTP (One-time passcode) via SMS, then check that you have entered the correct mobile phone number during login/sign-up and that your phone is connected to the phone network.

• How do I update my phone number? You cannot change your mobile phone number in AutoReady. If you would like to use AutoReady with your new mobile phone number, then just sign up with your new number?

• How do I delete my account? It is not possible to delete your account yourself. If you would like to have all your details removed then you can contact customer support.

My Orders

• How do I receive my products? Once your order is accepted, you can collect your items from the store that you selected during checkout. Select “Orders” to see all your orders and the address details of the store to pick up your items.

• What do I do if my order is rejected? You will receive a notification if your order is rejected by the shop that you selected during checkout. Most likely the shop does not have your items in stock. You can either accept the new shop we have selected for you or you can cancel the order.

• How do I cancel my order? You can cancel your order by selecting the order you want to cancel among your active orders. In the order details click on the trash icon in the upper right corner of the order. If no items and loyalty points have been collected by you then the order will be cancelled. If you paid online, then the refunded amount will be added to your AutoPay balance.

Payment Methods

• How do I pay? During checkout you will see all the different methods that you can pay with. AutoReady supports all the major credit and debit cards. You can also use your AutoPay balance and combine it with other payment options. You can also pay in cash when you pick up your items. For fuel you can only pay with credit/debit or AutoPay.

• How do I get a refund? If you paid online and then successfully cancelled the order, you will get a refund. The paid amount will be added to your AutoPay balance which you can then use for future purchases.

AutoPay

• What is AutoPay? Within AutoReady you have a digital wallet called AutoPay. You can use the available balance in the wallet during checkout. You can add to the balance using your credit or debit card. Refunds will always be credited to this wallet.

• Why do I see two balances in AutoPay? With the AutoPay Standard Balance you can buy any products except for fuel. With the AutoPay Premium Balance you can buy fuel and loyalty points. It is a legal requirement to keep these two balances separate.

Buying Fuel

• How do I buy fuel? Select the fuel icon which is located at the bottom of the screen. Select or scan the QR code of the fuel station that you want to fuel at. Select the fuel type and amount. Pay online or with your AutoPay balance. Show the payment receipt at the fuel station to get your fuel.

• Where can I buy fuel with AutoReady? Select the fuel icon to open the fuel station selector. Switch to the list menu to see the complete list of fuel stations where you can pay with AutoReady and save with our loyalty points.

Loyalty Points & Rewards

• How do I earn loyalty points? You automatically collect loyalty points whenever you buy lubricant or fuel through AutoReady. You get maximum loyalty points when you pay online with your credit or debit card.

• What can I do with loyalty points? You decide how you spend your loyalty points. You can use your loyalty points to pay for regular items or get vouchers that give you super deals with your favourite stores and restaurants.

• Can I share my loyalty points with friends and family? You cannot share your loyalty points with friends and family yet. We may introduce this in the future.

Discount Vouchers

• How do I get discount vouchers? Go to Rewards from the side menu or click on the points in the upper right corner. Select the voucher you like and pay with your loyalty points balance.

• What can I get with discount vouchers? Vouchers will provide you with all sorts of deals and discounts with your favourite stores and restaurants. You get to choose which vouchers you get for the deals that you really want.

• Can I share my discount vouchers with friends and family? You cannot share or send your vouchers via AutoReady with friends and family yet. We may introduce this in the future. You can still share your voucher code with friends and family through other means.
